Hi, I’m Shabnam, the heart and soul behind JOYFUL BITES Kids’ Events and Cake Studio.
As a mother of two, I’ve always sought out ways to bring joy and creativity into my children’s lives, which led me to notice a gap in the market for customized kids’ birthday packages focused on baking and hands-on workshops. I wanted to create a space where families could celebrate special moments while engaging in fun, educational activities that spark imagination and joy.
With a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and over 12 years of experience as a software developer, I’ve spent much of my career sharpening my analytical and problem-solving skills. But alongside my technical journey, my passion for baking and art blossomed. In 2018, I turned my love for baking into a successful small bakery business, bringing sweet creations to my community.
Having been a dance teacher for children since 2014, I deeply understand what it takes to create meaningful and exciting experiences for kids. My two children continue to inspire me every day, driving me to build JOYFUL BITES as a space where kids’ imaginations can run wild—whether it’s through our themed parties, interactive baking workshops, or stunning custom cakes.
